3. Once you receive the voucher by email, please keep it safe! Sabinas&Terrazas Malpaís is not responsible for the loss of the voucher.
   
4. Once purchased, the voucher cannot be canceled or exchanged for cash.
   
5. If the value of your Gift Voucher exceeds the reservation price, a new voucher will be issued with the remaining value and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the primary voucher. This process can be repeated until the voucher is spent.
